The name was inspired by the idea that home is a castle: a safe, important space deserving of care and respect. That belief shapes everything we do, from how we hire caregivers to how we build care plans.
John left a corporate career, became a Certified Nursing Assistant, and built the agency he wished his family had found. Every caregiver is hired, trained, and supervised to the standard John would want for his own grandmother.
