Castleton provides personal care, companionship, homemaking, 24/7 and overnight care, post-hospital support, respite care, and specialized programs for dementia, Parkinson's, and other complex conditions. Every plan includes RN oversight.
Your parent gets a primary caregiver plus a small, consistent backup team, so they always see familiar faces. Everyone on the team is fully briefed on the care plan and your parent's preferences.
Our caregivers provide medication reminders, making sure your parent remembers to take their medications on schedule. We don't administer medications.
Castleton is private pay, and we also work with long-term care insurance. We'll walk through your policy's home care benefits with you during the assessment.
That's normal, and it's why every care plan has RN oversight. As needs shift, we adjust the plan and the schedule together with your family, so care always matches real life.
We're based in Alpharetta and serve most of North Metro Atlanta, including Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Sandy Springs, Cumming, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Duluth, and Norcross.
